Britannia is one of the UK’s leading Accident Management Specialists’ that work closely with dealerships and bodyshops across the UK, providing them with a comprehensive after sales service that maximises client retention, following a road traffic accident. Therefore securing more parts, labour and vehicle sales, whilst providing the comfort and support important to the public following an accident.

Providing excellent customer service from its 5 distribution centres, mitigating the stress and inconvenience suffered after an accident, whilst securing dealerships & bodyshops repeat custom, has always been Britannia’s core ethic.

Britannia first started in 1999 with just 10 vehicles, our customer first philosophy, together with highly trained and experienced claims handlers, has allowed the company to grow to over 1000 vehicles, 200+ staff and 5 distribution centres. Our staff are dedicated to giving the highest quality, hassle-free administrative service for anyone unfortunate enough to be in a non-fault motor accident.

Our Fleet...
At Britannia we have a fleet of over 1000 vehicles which includes virtually every make and model from Aston Martin to Smart car, Audi TT's to comercials. We guarantee a replacement vehicle which is at least the same specification as yours, better in many cases.
Our disribution trucks are constantly monitored through the latest GPS tracking system, enabling Britannia to deliver vehicles quicker than any of its competitors. An exspansive and wide-ranging fleet also means that you can have the right vehicle at the right place at the right time. Whats more, we never ask the customer for a credit card swipe or fuel depost. This is unique in the vehicle rental market place.

Our fleet is refreshed constantly so the customer will be driving some of the latest cars on the market.

all personnel undergo a fit test, there is a programme of NVQ's, law degrees and top insurance certifications. The latest driving assessment and safty tests are a priority for anyone required to handle a company vehicle, from vehicle distribution personnel to sales staff and management.

Britannia is a member of the Claims Standard Council and we are FSA regulated.
